    • All sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged under any circumstances.
    • Items customized, personalized, or made-to-order are not eligible for refunds.
       
  2. Damaged During Transit:

    • If the materials are damaged during transit, Galahome.in will take full responsibility and arrange for a replacement or refund.
    • Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photographs to initiate the process.
       
  3. System or Pricing Errors:

    • In case of incorrect pricing due to a system or typographical error, Galahome.in reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund, if applicable.
    • Customers will be informed immediately about the cancellation.

Returns Policy

  1. Inspection Upon Delivery:

    • Customers must thoroughly inspect the delivered items and verify all details at the time of delivery.
    • Post-delivery, GalaHome is not liable for any damage, shortages, or issues not reported at the time of receipt.
       
  2. Eligibility for Returns:

    • Returns are only applicable for items damaged during transit, as per the conditions mentioned in the Refund Policy.
    • Non-damage related returns are not allowed, including cases of misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
       
  3. Batch-Specific Orders:

    • For batch-based inventory orders, returns are not permitted once the items have been received and verified by the customer.

General Conditions

  1. Bank Charges:

    • Any refunds processed will exclude bank charges, which are to be borne by the consignee.
       
  2. Transport-Related Damages:

    • GalaHome will address transport-related damages, provided they are reported during the delivery inspection.
       
  3. Jurisdiction:

    • Any disputes arising out of transactions or refunds will be settled within the jurisdiction of Bangalore City.
